My husband put the bed together quickly. All the pieces were here and fit. There are a few very minor imperfections in the finish that are only noticeable on close examination. I gave it less than 5 stars because of the 250-pound weight limitation, definitely unreasonable for a queen size bed. I'm using a 10-inch memory foam mattress that fits perfectly.So far, only a single person has slept in the bed. It has been stable. We're expecting 2 guests this summer. We'll reinforce the supports and frame ourselves. Still a great buy.
