Everything came labeled and packaged very well, considering the outside was pretty beat up and nothing inside had a scratch. But it’s a hefty bed so I’m not surprised. I’m inpatient and put it together by myself, but I would recommend two people cause it took me 5+ hours and I great deal of finagling. We don’t have the space to add the slide but it’s beyond perfect for our family, seems solid so we’ll see out it holds up. Looks exactly as pictured.
