It's a good quality sturdy bed and I love how it's designed. It is perfect to use as my bed/couch in my small studio. It's easy to assemble if you start when you have lots of patience and read all of the instructions. I tried skipping a few steps by just looking at the parts and had to redo part of it. There are stickers with letters and numbers on them on each part that matches with the instructions, that makes it easier to assemble.Who do I call if a part is missing out my package. Envoice says I'm to get two pieces for the drawer and I only received 1 piecesThis produce looks very nice but is made of pressed wood and paneling. There is no center support so the frame moves a lot when a full size (160 lb) human sits on it. It works well for what we need but we did add a center support just in case.
