Loved how easy it was to assemble! Only reason I didn't put 5 stars was because there was a couple flaws. One step had a puncture hole probably from delivery and there was rough spots of the wood/laminate on stair rails and my son had gotten a splinter from but we just smoothed that out and checked the rest which was perfect! Kids love it!Good value for the money but you get what you pay for. I bought 2 sets for my kids. Both sets were missing 2 of the same bolts and even the count in the instructions was off. The exact same piece in bother sets were missing a pre-drilled inset hole that I had to go do myself which was somewhat challenging. I followed all the instructions exactly on the first set. This proved to be difficult for attaching the stairs to the bunk. So on the second one I started with the stairs and then added the end rails to it and then finished the rest.Over all we are happy with the purchase. Lots of storage and seems pretty sturdy. Some pieces had blemishes but the kids are going to ding them up over time anyway.
