Bed: 4.5 starsThe beds are decently solid, go together without much trouble (especially if you have an extra pair of hands), with the only downside being the sturdiness/finishing of the slats.Stairs: 1.5 starsThe stairs were a pretty terrible experience though. Some of the pieces are warped, some aren't cut properly for their purpose, some holes don't line up properly with other pieces of the bookcase and/or bed. Some aren't even completely painted. Most of the pictures document the major problems we have with this part of the project. We spent hours bending (literally, pushing and bending while drilling) these warped/inaccurately cut pieces of the incomplete puzzle to our will and came up with stairs that resemble the marketing picture, but are crooked and insecure. I will reach out to the manufacturer and hope I get a more precisely cut and flat set of stairs.Overall:Even though the stairs are a hot mess (and need to be replaced), I absolutely love this bed. My girls are obsessed with it, and the bookshelf creates a perfect book nook in our room. I wish I could give it more than 3 stars.We initially had some issues with some parts for the top bunk. However, I contacted the seller and their customer support was amazing! They were extremely nice and helpful. After contacting them, they sent me the part that I was missing. The beds look nice, and they're sturdy. Most importantly, my girls loved them!
